Building Gender Partnership for Transformative Leadership - Omri Gefen She.e.o

Co-Leadership

Building Gender Partnership for Transformative Leadership
The Co-Leadership initiative represents a groundbreaking collaboration
between the Forum of Female CEOs and organizational development expert
Omri Gefen, aimed at creating transformative gender partnership in
leadership. Rather than focusing on traditional gender equality approaches,
this program emphasizes Gender Partnership - a model that leverages the
complementary strengths of diversity in collaborative leadership.

Core Objectives
1. Strengthening women's positions in senior management
2. Creating conscious-practical transformation that generates measurable
societal impact
3. Developing collaborative partnerships between female and male leadership
that produce mutual value

The Eco-Net Learning Laboratory
Eco-Net functions as a practical learning space consisting of PODs (working
groups) that bring together 5 female CEOs and 5 male CEOs for 5 sessions of
5 hours each. Participants work on real challenges while developing
collaborative capabilities through a learning-through-doing methodology rather
than theoretical instruction. Each participant brings actual organizational
challenges for peer consultation and collaborative problem-solving, while
learning the ECA Model as an organizing shared framework.

Target Challenge Areas
The program addresses critical collaboration challenges including: creating
gender partnership in organizations; enhancing cross-organizational
collaboration; developing collaboration between organizations (including
competitors); fostering inter-sectoral partnerships; establishing ongoing
dialogue mechanisms with stakeholders; building trust and managing
relationship crises; and effectively managing conflicts at organizational
interfaces.
